Express Service

Objective

The Express Service program was launched in 2018 to educate Mercedes-Benz owners on the benefit of quality services completed in an hour or less. Mercedes-Benz owners are busy Millennials, Gen Xers and Boomers who want to keep their day moving smoothly. If their service experience is inconvenient, wastes time or interrupts their day, they may head elsewhere even if it means sacrificing a little on quality, because their loyalty to a dealership is typically transactional rather than emotional.

Solution

While we know that quick service is nothing new. But quick and comprehensive certainly is. Highlighting the thorough nature of the Mercedes-Benz 37-point inspection, we created 3 videos showcasing the meticulous vehicle care provided in an about an hour or less. The three pieces are different in tone, one comparing Express Service to that of the Mercedes-Benz F1 team, one more serious, and the last one with a little more humor. All show the great detail - or exhausting lengths –  taken to ensure proper, thorough service in 60 minutes or less.
